Remove History Files

This option deletes records from the various employee history files for a selected date range. How often this option needs to be run is based on your company's reporting requirements, individual need, and disk size.

From/To Dates

Enter the beginning and ending dates to select which history records should be deleted. The journal date is used to select which employee deduction and adjustment records should be deleted. The remaining options are selected for deletion by the week ending date.

Select

Place an X in front of each type of history record to be deleted.

Click to delete the specified records from the selected history files.

Click to return to the Main Menu without saving changes.
