Using the"Menu Help Text Maintenance Selection Window", you can enter instructions for your users. The Help feature is designed to be used at the menu or menu/option level as required. When you click Help, the "Menu Help Text Maintenance Selection Window" displays.
Menu Help Text Maintenance Selection Window
Menu Name
Enter name of the menu for which instructions are to be maintained.
Option Number
If the instructions are for a particular option on the above menu, enter the option number here.
Sequence Number
This number identifies the record, or paragraph number within the text record to be updated. Each paragraph contains up to seven lines.
When updating lengthy text records, enter the sequence number of the record to be maintained.
Note Do not enter a sequence number when adding a new record.

Click OK to display the "Menu Help Text Maintenance Detail Window".
