Menu Maintenance

On the "Menu Maintenance Selection Window", you can create menus designed specifically for an individual or a group of users. When used in conjunction with functional and menu security, it allows a larger group of persons to use the same menu, however, limits them to the activities to which they are allowed.

By altering the user profile, the user can be locked into only one menu or move into all menus; can be given or denied command line authority; and may or may not be required to pass security at each menu option.

CMS menu numbers and options remain "behind" user defined menus and can be accessed using the appropriate function key. This allows CGC support personnel the ease required when responding to user problems.
