Subcontract Change Order Recalc

On the "Subcontract Change Orders", you can recalculate the total change orders for a subcontract. Use this option when converting records to CMS, or if a hardware or software malfunction causes the change order totals in the Subcontract Status file to be out of sync with the detail in the Change Order file.

The summary total of change orders for a subcontract is maintained in the Subcontract Status file. The detail for change orders is maintained in the Change Order file.

Run Job in Batch

Y = Run this job at the time and date specified in the Batch Parameter fields.

Run Batch Job Immediately

Y = Run this job immediately.

N = Run this job at the time and date entered in the below “Batch Parameters” fields.

Batch Parameters/Run Date/Run Time

Enter the date and time to run the calculation. If the program is unable to run at the specified time, a message will be sent to the System Operator and the job will be canceled.
