Remote Status Letter

Using the "Customer Status Letter - Remote Selection Window", you can obtain a listing of reported problems. This information is available on-line for your review during the Auto-ECS time slot (5:00 am to 5:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time).

Use this feature to review the status of your reported problems. This option will allow you to select which sheets to print; reported, available for distribution, sent or all.

When this option is selected, the "Customer Status Letter - Remote Selection Window" displays.

Date Range

Enter date ranges for the following to indicate the time span to be covered:

Reported Dates/Tested Dates/Sent Dates To Be Included

Select one of the following to indicate the types of problem sheets to be included:

   Reported

   Not Tested (ECS not available)

   Tested

   Not Sent

Previously Sent

Do not enter an X to include all types.

OK

The Customer Status Letter is printed.
