Use this option to print the 941 Register. The 941 Register lists earnings by state for all employees with earnings for the quarter selected. Reports are printed for Federal, State, and Local Taxes, and State Unemployment and State Disability Insurances. These reports are used to validate this information prior to printing 941 Forms.
Quarter Number
Enter the Quarter Number for which reports are to be produced. Valid entries are 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Quarter Ending Date
Enter the ending date for the quarter being processed, or click the drop-down prompt to select from a calendar. The date format should be MM/DD/YYYY. This date will print on the reports.
Company Name Co/Div
Enter the Company/Division numbers you wish to process. This option is available for all Company/Division security only.
Include Co(s) Div(s) With Common Federal Id#
To consolidate employees across company/divisions, enter a federal ID number. This option is available for all Company/Division security only.
Report Type
Enter the Report Number for the type of report to be produced. Valid entries are as follows:
1 Federal
2 State
3 Local
4 All
State/Local Number
Enter the State/Local code. This number can be found in the State Master file.

Two lines will print for each employee. The first line represents the year-to-date amounts. The second line represents the quarter-to-date amounts. FICA and Medicare withholdings are in separate columns. |

Outq/Hold/Save
Enter an Outq identifier to send this report to a specific output queue. Leave this field blank to send the File Listing to the default output queue.
Enter a Y in the Hold field to place this report on hold in the default, or specified, output queue.
Enter a Y in the Save field to print the report, and then place it on hold in the default, or specified, output queue.
