Local Magnetic Media/941 Reporting

Use this option to submit Berks E.I.T. (via magnetic media) for both Quarterly and W2 filing.

• This is local magnetic media reporting, no report is generated only the file.

• This option will be used for other local magnetic media reporting as requirements arise.

Quarter Number and Year

Enter 1, 2, 3, or 4 for the quarter desired and the year in YYYY format.

Reporting to Agency

01 = Berks E.I.T. Bureau

Local Number

Enter the local number defined for the local tax required to be reported. One local selection is required, but you may select up to 20 locals at one time on this mag media to meet reporting requirements.

Employer Number

Berks E.I.T. required 6-digit number.

W2 Format

Y Creates year end format.

N Creates quarterly format.

Click OK to create the magnetic media file (PRP694) on AS400, which can be transferred using Client Access to a PC diskette.
