This procedure is used to grant access to the various options on User-defined menus. The Menu name cannot be one used by the base eCMS Application. Access to eCMS menus is granted through a persons User Profile (see “User Administration”).
User Menu Security Selection screen
This selection screen is used to create a new security record, or open an existing record. The User entered must currently have a User Profile set up.
User
Enter the name of the User to whom Menu security is being granted, or click the prompt to select from a list. This person must have a User Profile currently set up.
Menu
Enter the name of the Menu containing the options for which security is being granted. This Menu name is not validated by the system.
To modify an existing record, click the prompt and select that User/Menu combination from the list.
Menu names take the form: Application abbreviation + M + Number (e.g. USRM02). The Application abbreviation cannot be one that is used by eCMS.

Options
Click the Menu options to which the User will be granted access. This screen always lists 24 options, and you should not assume the selected menu uses all of these options.
