Note: This file is used by the Payroll Remote Processing programs and displays only if the Payroll Remote Processing programs are installed.

Employee Job Entry screen

Delete

Use this check box to mark this Job for deletion. Clicking the DELETE button will remove such records.

Job Number/Sub Job Number

Enter the Job/Sub Job numbers and descriptions for those jobs on which the employee has worked. Or click the Sub Job prompt to select from a list. Click OK to add the job and return to the Employee Master Selection screen. To go back in and check that the job was added (with description information if it exists), click EMPLOYEE JOBS again to return to the refreshed screen.

Note: This screen is updated manually.
