Labor Cost Reports

Labor Cost Reports provide the information necessary to control direct labor costs. Special reports have been designed to provide information required by construction and financial personnel. A sample report’s selection, common to many of the labor cost reports, has been included below.

The reports compare budgeted (estimated) costs and hours with actual costs and hours to reflect a job’s current status. The Detail Labor Cost report allows management to analyze costs reported in summary on other cost reports.

Direct labor burden can be posted to Labor Cost Distributions or it can be posted to separate Cost Distributions, depending on how the Payroll Defaults are configured.

On the Main Menu, select Payroll, and then click Labor Cost Reports.

To assist in determining where, and how, LBCC is enforced, lower tier menu options have been color coded to denote the type of LBCC enforcement that can be applied. The color definitions are listed in the following table:
