Employee Data Contact Information screen

Title

Enter the Employee’s title.

Salutation

Enter a salutation that would apply to this Employee (“Dear Sir”, “Doctor”, etc.).

Cell Phone

Enter the Employee’s cell phone number.

Fax

If available, enter the Employee’s fax number.

Other

If needed, use this field to enter another Employee contact number.

Distribution

Print Distribution

Select this option to include this Employee as part of a print distribution list.

Email Distribution

Select this option to include this Employee as part of an email distribution list.

Fax Distribution

Select this option to include this Employee as part of a fax distribution list.

Printer ID

If the Print Distribution option is selected, enter the printer ID where the Employees documents should be routed.

Email Address

This entry will populate from the entry made on the Employee E-Mail Distribution screen that has its Payroll function selected (see below).

Click to process these entries and return to the initial Employee Data Pay Rates screen.

Click to return to the Employee Master Selection screen without saving changes.

Click to display the Employee E-Mail Distribution screen on which to assign the e-mail addresses used for distributions.

 

 

 

 

Employee E-Mail Distribution

Use this screen to assign the e-mail address used when distributing reports for Payroll, Collaborator or Service Request. If, for example, you are distributing meeting minutes in Collaborator, the system will check this file to see if a Collaborator e-mail address has been setup. If not, the meeting minutes will be distributed using the e-mail address set up in the Employee's User Profile and displayed on the Contacts tab.

Delete

Selected records will be removed by clicking the DELETE button.

Email Address

Enter the e-mail address you would like use to distribute reports/information for the adjacent functions (Payroll, Collaborator or Service Request).

Payroll/Collaborator/Service

Select the functions that should use this e-mail address when distributing reports/information. The e-mail address with the Payroll function selected will be used to populate the Email Address field on the Employee Data Contacts tab.
