Employee Tax Table Detail - Personal Exemptions screen

Note: Screens will differ for the various Tax Types. The graphics in this section display information for Tax Type = State (screen displays Table Type = S).

Exemption Calc Code

Displays only when the Personal Exemptions option was selected on the Employee Tax Table Detail - Amount and Percentage screen.

Dollar Amount

Exemption Amount will be the figure entered in the tax table.

Wage Limit

Exemption Amount will be based on Wage Limit multiplied by the Number of Exemptions.

Limit - Dollar Amount

Exemption Amount will be based on the Wage Limit minus the Dollar Amount.

Click to process these entries and display a second Employee Tax Table Personal Exemptions Detail screen on which to enter additional information applicable to the tax table being maintained. When finished, click OK once more to display either the Employee Tax Table Detail - Tax Credits screen - or - the Employee Tax Table Detail - Optional Values screen. The Tax Credit screen will display if Tax Credits is set to Y.
